REMINDER SERVICE
There are four event distances to choose from; 2 Valleys Trail (20km), 5 Valleys (55km), 7 Valleys (110km) and 13 Valleys (180km).
The events take place on a fully way marked route with regular check points and feed stations. The route promises spectacular trail and mountain running over the fells, round the magnificent lakes and waters, and through the unique valleys of the Lake District National Park.
